Quality Policy

We at STPI shall work as a true single window service provider for 100% Export Oriented Units and shall provide State of the Art Data Communication facilities to our customers. We shall continuously strive to delight our customers by adopting quality as basic business principle in all services by fulfilling the requirements of all stakeholders and continually improve the effectiveness of Quality Management System.

Quality Objectives

  • To provide comprehensive statutory services as per the EXIM (Foreign Trade Policy) policy in a time bound manner as per Annexure – II of Quality Manual.
  • To provide the state-of-the-art data communication facility as per acceptable global standards. i.e. (99.5% up time)
  • To enhance Customer satisfaction through dedicated work force and regular interaction with Customer (Customer feedback level more than 80%.)
  • To upgrade the related skill and knowledge of Centre personnel through continuous training.
