Softex date is not appearing in EDPMS
Message
It was informed by AD banker that softex date (i.e date on which STPI clearance Softex request and pass information to EDPMS) is not visible and only date available to them is shipping bill date (which is Invoice date in case of Export of Service entity) and hence 21 days of filing lodgment is considered from Shipping bill date (i.e Invoice date). Ideally 30 days is the time limit to file invoice details with STPI and 30 working days is processing time for STPI.
